As President of the Sequoia Financial Foundation, he brings a deep commitment to making financial knowledge accessible to all.
Heather Welsh is an accomplished wealth planning professional. Her work centers on building financial roadmaps that help clients pursue their long-term goals with confidence. She is a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland and holds a Master of Science in Financial Services from the American College of Financial Services.

Al Yambor brings more than 15 years of experience in financial planning for individuals and families. His expertise spans business ownership planning and multigenerational wealth strategies, giving him a unique perspective on how financial literacy shapes long-term outcomes.
A graduate of the G2 Leadership Institute, Al serves as the Foundation's Treasurer, helping ensure that resources are directed toward programs with the greatest impact.
Jason Kley has spent more than 20 years in financial and wealth management, resulting in deep expertise in investment strategy, retirement planning tax efficiency, and estate design. He serves on the boards of the Financial Planning Association (FPA®) and the Minnesota Council on Economic Education.
Jason has been actively involved in advancing personal finance legislation for Minnesota high schools and brings his passion for financial education to his role as Secretary of the Foundation.
Michael Hatch brings more than 30 years of experience in estate planning and multigenerational wealth transfer. With a background in tax and estate law, he has guided families through complex financial decisions and helped them build lasting legacies.
